Centro Hispano: END Smoking

THE 5 D's: FIGHT THE URGE TO USE TOBACCO
  
1. DELAY
        - Put off the urge for five minutes. At each urge go a little longer. 
2. DRINK WATER
        - Drink lots of water and fruit juices.
3. DO SOMETHING
        - Find something else to distract yourself.
4. DEEP BREATHING
        - Take ten slow, deep breaths. Relax and close your eyes.
5. DISCUSS WITH FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS
        - Talk about your thoughts with a family member or friend.



5 D's: Combata el impulso de usar tabaco


1. DEMORAR
        -
Demore de fumar por 5 minutos, y siga demorando

2. DEJAR EL TABACO POR AGUA
        -Tome mucha agua o jugo
3. DISTRAJESE
         -Haga algo que le distraiga
4. DATE NUEVOS AIRES
         -Resipre profundo 10 veces, 
5. DIGALE A SU FAMILIA/AMIGOS SU META
         -Hable con su familia y pidales que le apoyen
